Files Tab
The Files tab shows all files that are used on the
Creative.
Clicking on the file name displays a preview in the
preview pane.
Some examples of File types that can be used on a Creative
are:

Uploading Files
To upload
a file to your Creative:
-
From the Creative Overview tab select the Files tab in the Creative Elements
section.

Click the Upload
button.
-
Click the Select...
button to browse for files to import into the Creative.

If you are uploading a zip file that you want expanded check the Expand any zip files selected and use the
files inside check box to upload all files within the zip folder.
By leaving the box unchecked you can upload the zip file as is.. |

Click Open
when you have selected your file. You can select multiple files by
holding the Shift or Ctrl key on your keyboard.

Repeat steps 1 to 4 to upload more files.

Click the Upload
button.

Click Done
when all required files have been uploaded.
Downloading Files from a Creative to your Computer
-
From the Campaign Overview tab select the Files tab in the Creative Elements
section.

Select the file to be downloaded to your computer.

Click the Download
button.
-
Select where the file is to be saved and click
the Save button.

Files can only be downloaded one at a time. |
Deleting Files From a Creative
Note: |
Ensure the Creative using the file is not running - if you delete files
from Creatives that are running, there will be a significant impact on
how the recipients view the Creative. |

From the Campaign Overview tab select the Files tab in the Creative Elements
section.

Select the file to be deleted.

Click the Delete
button.
-
Click Yes
on the Delete Confirmation message.
